Woke up today with the memory of when my son wrote a essay for school, about one of his hero’s and he chose his Dad, in order to be his hero I needed to be a hero to myself first, most of us have some sort of past trauma, and only when we take the time to learn and figure ourselves we can heal, be that “Hero” to yourself 💜✨
