Thanks, but it's just life happening. π€· It's basically my landlord's problem. But I have to have hot water to clean up after making soap, and I need to make a few slabs asap.

They're usually sweethearts. But, emergency service calls are expensive, so we'll see. They've kept our rent very inexpensive for what they could actually charge. So I don't usually bother them about minor things. I just fix it myself. But can't fix this.
