App Store version is fine if you disable auto updates.

TestFlight expires in 81 days.

So node in the phone is safe for that long?

Yessir. Worst case scenario you will be able to transfer the seed to Umbrel, Blixt, Breez etc and contact us to close your channels. So funds are safe at least.
