How many productive useful individuals do you know?
I'm surrounded with realtors & financial planners... people who ends up buying their own BS.
It's about time we fix that fiat world.

Not enough. I used to be on a team of incredible people who did amazing work, but VC fiat economics ruined it.
I definitely feel that shift from 10 years ago.

you know what the step by step decline looks like from the inside and have the experience to prevent it elsewhere.

Oh yes, I learned SO much from it. I knew that my team was special and I soaked in every moment of it.
Sadly, I saw the decline coming and tried to help correct things, but as you alluded, it fell on mostly deaf ears.
It’s really taken the wind out of my sails. Our team was very mission driven and were close to accomplishing some very special things. To leave them undone has really hurt me.

i have felt that very thing.
disappointment gets in deep when you were wide open, hopeful and engaged.
its a real thing to work through and let go of. takes some time to be willing to risk again.
but then you learn that you are unwilling to let the people who ruined the momentum in the first place also steal your hope and gift just because they lack understanding.
I appreciate you saying that. I’ve definitely learned to prioritize my own projects.
It’s also helped shift more focus back to my family, which has been excellent.
