I want to report to all our users that I was treated like fish in the face and censored for no reason by a user here who ordered his 100 dogs to remove my follow because he says people scam! I didn't know that doing zap4follow was scamming people! I lost 100 followers in a few minutes without deserving it. Go see my profile. I publish things from my life. Photo of my daughter. The places I visit. I post every 10 minutes about every kind of topic. And for a zap4follow I deserve that a character who should work for the facebook censors deserves to lose what I built in a month here on this social network? Where is the freedom? Ma non ho sbagliato! Ho solo zappato un po mentre mi annoiavo a persone che ripostavano o mi mettevano un follow. E’ difficile salire per noi nuovi dobbiamo fare un po di giochini per rendere il profilo piu visibile. E quel coglione l ha chiamata truffa

Se posso darti un consiglio spassionato, non pensare troppo ai followers, su Nostr il conteggio non è neanche preciso.

È molto meglio crearsi una cerchia di pochi amici che una moltitudine di sconosciuti.

Ottimo consiglio! Io non ho il chiodo fisso dei follower. Pero’ ovviamente piu follower hai piu gente vede le tue idee le tue cose e ascolta quello che hai da dire. Quindi dire che non contano del tutto insomma… pero’ hai ragione da vendere Grazie del consiglio

Dovrei essere l'ultimo a dire che i followers non contano.

Avere un pubblico che mi segue è fondamentale per un artista come me, ma io continuerei a dipingere e a mostrare i miei dipinti anche avendo pochi followers.

L'importante è condividere e coltivare la propria passione, il resto viene da sé.

Ryan is just criticizing what he sees as spam and fake engagement. He is free to do so. Just like you’re free to do zaps 4 follows. He’s not ordering anyone to do anything. Not does he have the authority to do so.

When they follow you they’re your friends but if they listen to Ryan and unfollow then they’re dogs? I don’t think that’s fair. And Ryan is not a censor, he’s just expressing his opinion. Like he should, on a free internet

That’s not authority though. That’s just him writing a note and tagging some npubs. Anyone can do it. He’s expressing his opinion because he doesn’t like zaps 4 follows. Unfortunately, when we do or say stuff in public, like we do on nostr, some will agree and some won’t. That’s just how it is

But it's not correct that I, who took 1 month to get 450 followers, lose 100 in a second just because someone more authoritative than me (i.e. more followed) says that my profile is fake and it's a scam! When it's absolutely not like that!

If 100 people unfollow in seconds, did you really have something in common to begin with? Wouldn’t you rather focus your attention on the ones that stayed rather than on the ones that left?

Maybe one way to look at it is that today happened and all the ones who stayed are still here. That’s a positive

I wasn't treated properly! A new user who has spent the last month of his life more hours on this social network than with his family and at a certain point is targeted so for something that is not illegal to do I find it unfair. That's all. Also because if I only did zap4follow I would say ok. But I publish a thousand other things other than zap4follow

There are lots of accounts posting interesting content that are never seen. They scream into the void basically.

You spending more time on here than with your family shows dedication sure. But it’s also your choice. No one forced you

I personally try and spend more time with my loved ones than on here. But, that’s just me. Nothing wrong with touching some grass
