It's an interesting use case, in places where internet is a problem and/or lack of devices.

Some aspects to raise about this:

- how somebody can verify the existence of those tokens on each paper

- how somebody cannot print more papers of the same token?

I think this is wrong approach, we are going back to the same problem fiat have...
