How much work are you willing to put into it?
All you really need is a place to host the files and a way to generate and serve an RSS feed. But you'll pay for hosting in some way or another.

the least amount of work possible ngl im not a podcaster i only use these services every 8-9 months when i do the 24hr frog talk, hopefully ill only be doing them once a year from now on.. I wouldnβt mind hosting it on my own server but I want a way to distribute these episodes to all major podcast platforms n tap into the V4V straight from there as well
