Hahahahaha Dangit! Hold on

She has THREE colors and she wants to do something like a garter chevron, alternating the colors with the zig zags. But she doesn't know which pattern to do and if that one is too difficult.

Confession time...I've only ever crocheted blankets. My go to is The Daphne Afghan from TL Yarncrafts, because it's granny triangles and I get so bored making blankets.

Buuuuttt I'd say a chevron with 3 colors would be great and alternating the colors wouldn't be awful. Yarnspirations.com has a ton of free patterns for all skill levels.

Also, Ravelry has tons of patterns free and paid.

Oh, when I read that to her last night, she gave me a side eye like she had been telling me crocheting blankets is better lololol

Nononono!!!! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ It just means I have no experience for suggestions. Was she able to find something?

"We are trying a new type of stitch ive never done before " ๐Ÿ˜

"Double decrease" "slip stitch pass over" "miter decrease"

She's speaking incantations at me!

๐Ÿ˜‚ It really is another language. I have a shawl in timeout that is herringbone brioche and it's burp and bark for brioche purl (brp) and brioche knit (brk)...
