I like the way you think.

But digital scarcity like this is only accomplished by economic incentives. Without those, a blockchain will be practically useless.

The economic incentives are build into the #Bitcoin protocol to ensure all parts of the system work togethor to ensure its success.

One thing to note: gravity puts an end schrodingers cat and all other quantum stuff. So the statement of "elements consists of pure information, so pure information can be an element" probably stops there.
