100%, you owe me nothing, no sats or appologies required. Just how "species a appropriate" your diet is not really up for debate. Humans have evolved to be able to survive on a variety of foods. Hell I've eaten no animal based foods for over a decade, and I'm doing just fine. I know many people that have done so for much longer, and in optimal condition and health.
