We need a company offering loans for bitcoin collateral where the loanee holds the btc and the loaner is charging less than 5%.

not quite that but at least River is offering %3.8 interest in BTC on cash holdings

River is an exchange. They offer a service where you can put in USD like a savings account and get paid 3.8% interest paid in Bitcoin on the cash.

Oh my! I may try this.

They also let you do no fee reoccuring buys so I'm cost averaging $25/month into btc no fees haven't done the interest product yet.
