But

You know how some exchanges have a 24hr option when sending bitcoin out from the exchange and it’s a 0 sat fee?

How does that work in a ridiculously high fee environment? They just eating those costs?

yup

shakepay (🍁) used to be free to withdraw any amount; now it’s a minimum of 100,000 sats

that’s how others will do it; just raise the minimum withdrawal
