It sounds so basic and so corny, but the one thing I’ve finally understood this year is this: Just be a good person, and the universe rewards you.
It took me a while to grasp it and accept it, but it’s as true as anything.

True, yet, factor in entropy and even the brightest souls can face an untimely obliteration, despite their positivity.
Suffice to say:
Good in doesn't always mean good out (unfortunately).
Regardless: Be good, so the odds may be in your favor.
I see it more like pascals wager but instead of God fill in the blank for a lot of things.
If karma exists and rewards good people and punishes bad people, and I am good I get rewarded. If I'm bad I get punished.
If karma does not exist and it's all bullshit, and I am good. I get buying, but I don't feel bad for doing bad things and people don't see me as bad or treat me as anathema. If it doesn't exist and I'm bad nothing happens, maybe I have a conscience maybe I don't, maybe people treat me different maybe I don't notice if they do or don't.
Seems like doing good and being the good you want to see more of in the world has more good outcomes than bad🤷🏽
