I don't know if anyone remembers or if it still exists... But a few years ago, I think it was just before COVID, they tried to sell super expensive luxury toothpastes. Like £17 for a tube, whole shelves full of them from different brands. In normal supermarkets. Don't seem to see that any more.

Just thought about that. I thought it was really odd at the time.
