The current version of nostr is very held back by being so focused on speed, it doesn't even work

people are abandoning decentralization because its faster to use a caching server. Making implementations of the protocol faster makes it more decentralized.
Must be true for what you're working on, but when we get a good BitTorrent based video platform, I bet you'll want to use it even if things don't load instantly without being in a "watch later" queue or something for prior download
