The only thing it might disrupt is user discoverability, but if you have a good list that your following it's pretty comfy and you don't notice. Global is chaos anyway and I'm not sure who uses that feed option. I mainly use the "my tribe" feed so I can see who I'm following + followers and all the comments they make so I can engage with them.
Hopefully nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg can fix notifications to not display when the bots comment and their on your mute list. More of an minor annoyance right now and not aggravating.
