I think, but could be wrong, the decision means that the state could not compel the business person to act against their first amendment rights. In other words, go get a cake from some one else.
I just meant I didn't get to my direct deposit distributors in time to change the direct deposit details so half my money is inaccessible until it gets kicked back to them.
