Flags: "accessibility", "discover", "wacom", in kde-plasma/plasma-meta are disabled by default.

I disabled the "firewall" flag today, on your recommendation.

I set the "-handbook" flag, but kde-plasma/plasma-meta doesn't use it.

Yes but many package do use it. You can see it in your screenshot
