Day 053: 2024-05-13 - 10x10 dumbbell deficit

Did these in between 5x5 squats and other work. Hereโ€™s all the movements:

- Warmup: air squats, goblet squats

- Back squats: 1x5@40%, 1x5@50%, 5x5@65% of training max.

- Barbell curls: 3-4 sets x20 reps

- Pushups: 10x10 dumbbell deficit

- Crunches: 3x15

- Wide sumo deadlifts (light weight, squeeze, pump those glutes!): 3x8

Mix sets as desired. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช

my routine is 20 pushups, 20 situps x 5.

preferably during fasting. after work i lift some weigts. not much I'm not a body builder.
