I love the easy run days. Could run forever in zone 2 🙏

Hahahaha this run was like 30% in zone 3 for me anyway 🤣 if I want to run in less than 6min/km, I need to make an effort 😅

Yesterday I run 9km in zone 2 but my average pace was 6:20🐢

Oh I'm 💯 the same. My safe zone 2 pace is like 6m40 pace. Almost could walk just as fast it seems sometimes. I know how important those workouts are though so I try my best to stay slow 🫡😅
