Coming from an agent (ex) - commissions have always been ridiculously high compared to work put in after a certain point in one’s career.

I once listed a house for $1 000 000 and within 45 mins it was sold. At the time I was chuffed for the cheque for commission but looking back - the numbers don’t add up!
