Depositing checks from relatives for the wedding... Bitcoin fixes this.

Most of the money isn't available for 5 business days, not to mention it's a is bank holiday and my bank just closed the nearest branch so 30 minute drive to get it switched into cash isn't even an option.

One of my relatives also got their identity stolen so we had to rip up their check and wait for them to mail another so that'll be a while for us to be able to use it.

I'm grateful for the money cuz most of it is going to other stuff on the registry, like a gun safe, getting bees going on the farm, soap and candle making stuff, etc but i only give bitcoin to folks as gifts these days so it's weird to have these issues (mostly using my bitcoin rewards from my venmo credit card, sorry custodial maxis)
