I noticed that the pixel 6 updates extremely fast compared to older Android phones too

That face you make when you see "50 unused apps deleted" and you realize Android has helpfully deleted Bitcoin and lightning keys, and login credentials you don't have saved elsewhere.

That's not the lesson.
The lesson is to back up your keys and 2FA secrets. Phones are ephemeral. They get lost, broken and stolen. Software is connected to the network and at risk at all times.
