I got a nasty sunburn this past weekend while sitting in the sun for about 5 hours for a graduation ceremony.

Forehead, face, and top of hands all burned but forehead is the worst. Some bubbling. Trying to do cold clothes on it.

If you have an Aloe Vera 🪴 plant that works the best. Cut a section off and squeeze the goo all over the burn. One of the few plants that gives back. Great to have around the house.

Unfortunately I don't. I did buy some aloe infused crap but that stuff is now useless as it's not enough aloe. So I'm putting wash clothes in freezer to chil then wrapping with a bondiband.
