Apparently there's an Over-the-Counter (OTC) cryptocurrency exchange store called Coinsfera in my neighborhood. I've never bought Bitcoin this way before. Does anyone have any experience with it? #asknostr

OTC is usually sold at a set price, and works in the same way as currency exchange offices. Be careful not to fall for scams.
