Espescially if you have to work around them. Which is funny because I was told by people who never had to live/work around blacks that living/working around blacks would make me less racist. Strangely, the opposite has happened.

My boss is a good guy, kind of a libtard tho, yesterday at work he was telling me that one of the black new hires was fucking up tons of parts, it was clear he was experiencing negro fatigue but he's the kind of guy who'd never cop to it. Black dude wound up getting fired, most of the blacks we hire do, it's almost automatic.
