Replying to Avatar Dr. Fernando Morales

If I use Oxchat to respond to DM's on Nostr, but the person I'm messaging uses Primal, is there a chance he/her won't receive anything?

He/She won't receive DMs because Primal doesn't support NIP-17 DMs, while 0xChat uses NIP-17 DMs by default to protect metadata leaks
