Mistakes I've made:

1) Taking 1 teaspoonful of baking soda multiple times per day while chugging carbonated water. Caused bad diarrhea. Stopped the water and decreased baking soda to 1/2 teaspoonful.

2) Changed too many variables at the same time. Started drinking OJ, eating ice cream, taking progesterone and thyroid all at the same time. Add (or subtract) one intervention at a time and listen to your body. Not everything works for everyone and you might be doing things with no benefit. I'm off progesterone and thyroid now and don't notice any difference. YMMV.

Messing with thiamine and NDT at the same time. In hindsight, was ludicrous. Both of those affect low level bioe ergetics. Should have done them separately.

When you were taking thyroid, where did you get it and what was it? Was it just dessicated beef thyroid?
