DIY Toothpaste 🪥🦷

4Tbsp Bentonite Clay (food grade)

2Tbsp filtered/distilled water

1Tbsp cocnut oil

Pinch of salt

Peppermint essential oil to taste

Mix the bentonite and water together then add everything else. Depending on consistency add more clay if loose, water if too thick.

Bought some bentonite clay the other day, but not food grade.

I have some from Aspen Naturals on Amazon. Unfortunately they don’t make it anymore though. Technically you’re not ingesting it so they’re probably interchangeable in that sense, but I’m not 100% sure.
