I’m so unlucky today. I was supposed to give a talk in Thessaloniki, Greece (I hadn’t eaten almost all day, looking forward to having some good gyros). Unfortunately, my flight was delayed, and I missed my connecting flight. There’s no viable option to rebook, so I’m flying back to Prague 🥲

What happened today was not due to your luck, it was completely outside your control. It had nothing to do with you specifically. You didn’t throw the dice.
