This is a beautiful and deliberately light and delicate work of art. I can relate well to your explanation. I believe that artistic self-reflection does something to us. You get deeper into the here and now and ask yourself: how am I feeling right now, how can I do justice to my vibe artistically? I also believe that changes, hard cuts and dealing with pain produce the most interesting works. But my friend, you are allowed to break the rules as long as you create an actual self-portrait for us :) nostr:note1plgl3kzua5ms44ry5vh6lclx9yzg2hawwzu267kr7a25rp6xhwsqk28s2k

I’ve got a lot of respect for artists who delve deeper in the self-portrait. Do I believe this person is myself, my own human body. Who knows me better than me. Best to to make additions and subtractions to how I think I look or to be open and honest in this world. How much of this portrait is truly all you and how much of it is not. 😊
Well said .
#Artstr I think this Selfportrait fits to your note perfectly .
..and I’ve stumbled across an artist called Davjd Henry, who delights us with these Selfportraits . ☺️

As a privary fanatic, I won't display my self portait, it is in contradiction with this principle... Sorry 🫤 But I'm curious about others' artpieces
