Correct. Damus gets banned. Use Primal. Primal gets banned. Use Nostur. Nostur gets banned use Nostrudel. Nostrudel gets banned. Run Nostrudel on your local computer. You can rise and repeat this process a dozen of different ways too. This is the beauty of Nostr.
