The question was more specifically whether he’s an intelligence asset.
That’s possible. But he may just naturally act in a similar manner without being implanted, per se.
Sowing division is powerful and is something good intelligence agencies do well. Controlling information and generating misinformation is also powerful. Sometimes it happens organically and the fire may be stoked with actions.
