Testosterone and caffeine.

I did a little experiment on myself. I used to never drink much caffeine and never drink coffee and then somewhere around the year 2020 I found coffee.

Before this time my testosterone level was always around 450 and when I got retested, after finding coffee in December 2023 I found that my testosterone had jumped up to 950.

So I did a little experiment and January. I had no caffeine whatsoever and retested and my testosterone was down to 270.

And then in February Got back on coffee and caffeine and retested and my testosterone has moved back up to about 700. Paragraph

Very strange as I don’t think there’s usually a correlation between these two, but I will note that I could drink a cuppa coffee and go right to bed, so it doesn’t have quite the same effect on me as most
