Its cold-worked 301 Stainless, the same used in dollar-store cookware.
It will rust if there are chlorides around, like coastal air or winter road salt.
May still be a good choice if you need a work vehicle, don't mind the weight and don't need pretty.
(But if you needed pretty you wouldn't be giving the cybertruck a second thought :-p)
Metallurgy is another esoteric study to most.
