I feel this. Tried to reach out to some Linux people who were like "I think nostr is heading the wrong direction because it's mostly crypto bros." And I said dude bitcoin is different from "crypto," and further, YOU can follow who and what you want to follow and YOU can post about things you want. It's not all one community. There are n/ communities. The guy didn't even respond. Mind boggling.
