If you're good with credit... Get a Gemini credit card. 4% back on gas, 3% at restaurants, and 2% at grocery stores...1% everywhere else. All paid in sats.

Gemini exchange is available in 60 countries...I don't know about the credit card. Can't find specific info. Just go to the website and try to apply.
