I've got something similar set up, but have had issues with the lights I've used.

What lights are you using?

I originally went with the pink grow lamps but its like living in some bad trip. these light are full spectrum which I believe is better overall.

Over had a similar experience with the pink ones. Extremely intense and great for flowering and fruiting, but visually rough in an enclosed space.

I haven't noticed a difference in the seedlings from the switch. Also I 24hr their lights with no detriment

I haven't tried 24 hours. Generally timed at about 16 hours.

I'll have to play with the timing to see what happens.

try it, I expected over done plants, but they just keep growing
