A very impatient fee bumping algorithm, that does an RBF replacement every few minutes.
What’s the point? The starting fee was 45.4 which would have have been confirmed within 10 min
seems like an auto attack style thang thats been happening for a few months, only now that pool is clearing, it shows clearer.
But, that's just like my opinion, man.
