I use Contember as a base for custom apps and tried this new AI tool on two projects.
It can create you simple prototype just by prompts In English. Then you can polish and iterate in a Typescript.
Very promising.

This is not first "AI tool for generating sites and apps", but first I know the result is something you can build on, deploy anywhere and based on open source framework.
Others will basically just generate config for their closed source SaaS to keep you vendor locked.
