#UnionStrong I’m happy with our new contract (yes it has issues but it fixed the biggest one - low pay).

It was signed in June and was retro to last July.

HR finally started applying the new pay this paycheck!

My take home increased by 7%.

Over the 3 years we got 33% raises.
