The fact that so many influencers who are vocal anti-CBDC immediately complied with twitter identity verification and continue to defend their decision is an incredibly interesting case study on the human condition.

I can’t help but think of Jihan Wu during the blocksize war. Elon can talk all this big game but his actions tell us a lot more: he is still holding Bitcoin.
I think he has doubts this will actually work but every added blue check alleviates those doubts. So who is going to blink first?
