The NHS is an abomination and should have been abolished many many years ago. Preferably before I was even born.

Yes I've heard it is now a horror show!
If funds for the NHS weren't syphoned off for use in the private sector ..
or the NHS were able to fund it's own development of pharmaceuticals instead of the private sector reaping the rewards of NHS research ..
or bureaucracy was minimised to actually look after patients instead of treating the NHS as a money printer ..
it probably would be a good idea .. 🤷🏼
