I've watched your videos for a few years. Excellent content. I was carnivore for a while, but I missed the carbs too much. Overall health was better.

Fatty pork belly was my favourite, I would eat 800g in the evening. Amazing. Miss those days.

Eventually after a few months I struggled with constipation. It didn't happen straight away. Tried adding more fat, but couldn't get it work. Overall I think Carnivore lifestyle is considerably more healthy than the standard bs we are fed. And fat is definitely your friend.
