In my country, the State is only interested in taking money from the taxpayer more and more to finance its spending. I can't understand the case of UTAH because they care about their savings as if they didn't come exclusively from taxpayers. I am in favor of bitcoin being in the hands of the people and not of states. What is your opinion?

If it were in the hands only of the people and not in the hands of the state, the people would become the state and the state would become the people. Lifeforms always self-organize into power hierarchies, and the management of the masses requires leadership and control.
Bitcoin is not a solution for corrupt people. It is a solution for corrupt money.
