It’s so hot it’s gross. There’s no breeze, it’s really humid and everything smells like pee. Could be up to 30 degrees sometimes. And sometimes we’ll get humid rain too 😖 don’t want to be in London for the heatwaves this year so wouldn’t mind sitting on a cold beach somewhere far away 😂🫂
It never used to be that gross in summer here, it’s just different now 🥹 London isn’t built for heat 😬

around 30 at times too, during heatwaves

Here it’s usually 25 up. Few times it’s been 40 and the underground was absolute hell. We all melt into each other cos it’s packed and there’s no air conditioning and the smell is criminal.
I think a few of the queens guards fainted in the heat during parade 🥺 their uniforms are pretty warm I suspect
