while people keep celebrating new ATH... it hasn't reached new ATH on binance

I don't celebrate new ATH's every 5 minutes and I logged in the last at 108k AFTER we entered the correction. It's not a new ATH until it's properly locked in. Also, that chart is Binance but we don't chart candle wigs.
