The weird part is I'm completely sober and dialing in my training and nutrition and the lucid dreams (nightmares) are coming every night waking me up every 3-4 hours.

Maybe they'll stop when I adjust to this new lifestyle.

Do plenty of breathing exercises and meditation throughout the day. It really helped reduce my nightmares. Then, I gained full control over lucid dreaming. I’ve heard that when it comes naturally, it often comes with nightmares and sleep paralysis.
