If all these migrants are still coming in droves in hope of better life despite Petrodollar doom n gloom, I feel like the wealthy smart natural born Americans should NOT move to tropical areas and become ExPats cuz then who will be there left with heritage to fight for 🗽and all. Don't leave me 😅 🙏

That would be immigrants/emigrants.

When it comes to "expat" I've only heard the term it used with white or "rich" people 😜

"There are many German expats in our city"

Moving is actually not required in many cases. Paraguay is a good example.

You can get permanent residence very cheap without any requirements to actually stay there and then you can work your way towards a citizenship if needed.

It's in the works. Paraguay has territorial taxation, which is the main reason to get permanent residency for many. US citizens are out of luck there, sadly.
