Anyone care to brainstorm with me on a way to incorporate #btc into recruiting for my engineering firm. We’re already sweeping cash flows and using SBA line of credit for acquiring bitcoin. Thinking about an ESOP program

- each employee has company held btc with %of our profits going into their account quarterly

-vests over 2 years

-continues as long as you’re with the firm

If I backdate this calc with my current employees and provide them a benefit of their current tenure they will be shocked how much their account would be worth
